Recombinant fusion protein corresponding to the N terminal portion of human Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase (TRAP)
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab49507 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|IHC-P||1/50 - 1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
We recommend high temperature antigen unmasking and 60 minutes primary antibody incubation at 25°C prior to commencing with IHC staining protocol.
ab49507 staining Tartate Resistance Acid Phosphatase in Human osteoclast cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% BSA for 2 hours at 4°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 0.1% Triton + 3% BSA) for 12 hours at 4°C. An undiluted Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated Donkey anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
