  • IHC-P image of Tbx6 staining with ab38883 on tissue sections from an E8.5 mouse embryo. The sections were Paraformaldehyde fixed, and permeabilized in PBST (PBS/0.5% v/v TritonX100), before incubation with ab38883 (1/500 dilution) for 48 hours at 4°C in 1% BSA, 5% donkey serum in PBST. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 555 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal, at a 1/1000 dilution.
