The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application notesELISA: Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1/64000.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.3 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 48 kDa). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28kDa. This band was greatly reduced by incubation with the immunising peptide.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
FunctionPutative transcription factor. Isoform 3 may play a role in early spermatogenesis.
Tissue specificityIsoform 3 is testis specific. Isoform 2 is pancreas specific.
Developmental stageIsoform 3 is specifically expressed in primary spermatocytes at the pachytene stage, but not those at leptonema stage. Not expressed in other testicular cells, including spermatogonia located in the basal compartment of the seminiferous tubule or spermatids.
