  • ab171100 staining TCR V beta 12 in PBMC (from cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) patient with a known TCR V beta 12 malignant T cell clone) by Flow Cytometry. PBMC were isolated by density gradient centrifugation. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (5µl/cells in PBS + 0.05% sodium azide) for 30 minutes at 4°C.

    Gating Strategy: CD3+CD4+ T cells.
