    Anti-TEM7 antibody [197C193] images

    • ab13667 at a 1/1500 dilution staining human brain tumor (glioblatoma) samples by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Heat mediated antigen retrieval was used and the tissue was fixed with ethanol and blocked with 2.5% serum prior to incubation with the antibody for 16 hours. A pan-specifc universal secondary antibody was used.
