Use a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Thrombospondin family members are adhesive glycoproteins which mediate cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. This protein forms a pentameric molecule linked by a single disulfide bond and shares a common promoter with metaxin 1.
