Has this antibody been tested for cross-reactivity to Thy1.2?

What strain was the ab raised against? How was specificity tested?

Thanks for your call earlier this week and for your patience.

I have heard back from the production lab, and the LN-T cells used as the immunogen for ab85352 were isolated from the mouse strain PL. The antibody's specificity was tested in flow cytometry on several Thy1.1 and Thy1.2 positive cell lines. It was found that the antibody does not cross-react with Thy1.2 positive cell lines.
