ab17375 staining Tissue Factor by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence in mouse BxPC-3 pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocking with 1% BSA and 1% goat serum was performed for 1 hour at 240C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200: in 1% BSA in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated goat polyclonal to mouse IgG was used at dilution at 1/300 as secondary antibody.
