Anti-Tissue Factor antibody [TF9-10H10] images

  • ab17375 staining Tissue Factor by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence in mouse BxPC-3 pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocking with 1% BSA and 1% goat serum was performed for 1 hour at 240C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200: in 1% BSA in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated goat polyclonal to mouse IgG was used at dilution at 1/300 as secondary antibody.

  • ab17375 staining Tissue Factor in human nasopharynx tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using EDTA buffer pH 9.0, 100°C for 20 minutes. Samples were then incubated with the primary antibody at a 1/200 dilution for 20 minutes at 25°C. An HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse/rabbit polyclonal was used undiluted as the secondary antibody.
