Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue using TNFAIP8 antibody (ab64988) at 1/50 dilution, in the presence (right panel) and absence (left panel) of immunising peptide. Antigen retrieval was performed by boiling in a pressure cooker for 2-3 min. A Polymer system was used for signal enhancing. Stained using DAB.
