Anti-TPD52L1 antibody [d1C5] images

  • Ab14822 positively staining paraffin fixed human breast carcinoma tissue at 1/200, with overnight incubation at 4oC and enzymatic detection using DAB.
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of A431 cells labelling TPD52L1 with ab14822, staining at 2-5 µg/1x106 cells (red). A 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Black - Isotype control, mouse IgG.
