ab170190-Mouse monoclonal IgG1, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.
|Other||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
ab2386 staining breast carcinoma tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) for 30 minutes at 22°C.
ab2386 staining Transglutaminase 2 in human SW480 colorectal carcinoma cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in 1X PBS/ 1% BSA for 7 min at RT and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100 in PBS for 5 min at RT. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100: in 1X PBS / 1% BSA) for 20 minutes at 20°C. An FITC-conjugated rat polyclonal to mouse IgG was used at dilution at 1/300 as secondary antibody. Slides counterstained with DAPI, and mounted with commercially available Prolong Slow-fade mounting medium.
