Antibody reacts with Troponin H (TnH) in Lethocerus flight muscle, the 34 isoform of TnH in Drosophila and proteins of TnH molecular weight in flight muscle of all other insect species tested. Antibody also reacts with zeelin 2 in Lethocerus and glutathione-S-transferase-2 kin Drosophila. Antibody reacts with Drosophila BiP (hsc72).
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Troponin H (TnH) is a tropomyosin isoform found in insect indirect flight muscle. It has a C-terminal extension that connects to the myosin cross-bridge. Two isoforms of TnH exist in Drosophila, at 33 and 34 kDa.
