Use at an assay dependent concentration. Fix Tissue overnight in Zamboni fixative, then carry out 3 x 10min washes in DMSO and 3 x 10min washes in PBS. Tissue was then stored in PBS and Azide until being dissected and stained.

Method: Guinea Pig Ileum removed and fixed overnight in Zamboni fixative, then cleared 3 x 10min washes in DMSO and 3 x 10min washes in PBS. Tissue was then stored in PBS Azide until being dissected and used in this experiment. Primary: Anti-Vesicular Acetylcholine Transporter antibody (ab31544) diluted 1:1000 incubated overnight, washed 3 x 10 mins. Secondary: antibody incubated for 2 hours washed in PBS, put in 100% Glycerol and mounted. Magnification: 40X.
