The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 70 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

Excluded from nucleoli in interphase cells, distributed throughout cytoplasm in dividing cells. Colocalized with SC35 and U2B in the nucleus. In the cytoplasm, associates with the intermediate filament protein vimentin.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human pineal tissue labelling WBP11 with ab85563 at 1/100. A Cy3-conjugate donkey anti-rabbit IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Positive staining shown in the cytoplasm of the cell bodies of pinealocytes and their processes. Magnification: 20X.
