WB Use a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 61 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 74 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

  • RelevanceZNF274 is a zinc finger protein containing five C2H2-type zinc finger domains, one or two Kruppel-associated box A (KRAB A) domains, and a leucine-rich domain. The protein has been suggested to be a transcriptional repressor.

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human heart tissue labelling ZNF274 at 4-8µg/ml. Arrows indicate positively labelled myocardial cells. Magnification: 400X.

  • ChIP analysis using unpurified ab55913 binding ZNF274 antibody in nuclear lysate derived from K562 erythroleukemia human cell line. Cells were cross-linked for 10 minutes with 1% formaldehyde. 30ug of chromatin/sample was incubated with 4ug of undiluted primary antibody for 24 hours at 4°C. Protein binding was detected using real-time PCR.
