Purification notesPurified from culture supernatant of hybridoma cultured in a medium containing bovine IgG depleted (approximately 95%) fetal bovine serum. Sterile filtered through a 0.22 µm membrane.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 51 kDa.

RelevanceA zinc finger is a protein domain that can bind to DNA. A zinc finger consists of two antiparallel ß sheets, and an alpha helix. The structure of each individual finger is highly conserved and consists of about 30 amino acid residues, constructed as a ßßalpha fold and held together by the zinc ion. The alpha helix occurs at the C terminal part of the finger, while the ß sheet occurs at the N terminal part.
