Immunoprecipitation - ZNRF2 antibody (ab86778)
HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg) was immunoprecipitated with 10 µg ab86778 (lane 1) or control IgG antibody (lane 2). 20% of the immunoprecipitate was subjected to Western blotting and detected with ab86778 at 1 µg/ml. Bands were detected by chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
