Potent antitumor and antiangiogenic agent -
Biological description
Potent antioxidant. Inhibits angiogenesis in vivo with direct cytotoxic effects seen in vitro. Interacts with endothelial tubulin dynamics and increases the expression of death receptor 5 in endothelial cells. Induces apoptosis by p53 induction via activation of p38/JNK pathways.

Handling
