I just bought some 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine. On the datasheet it is recommend to store the solubilized product at -20°C for up to one month.
Do you recommend to store it at -80°C for longer storage?

We do not have stability data from our own tests. The paper at this link at least suggests that there is no degradation observed by HPLC after storage at -25oC up to 28 days, so I expect longer storage times without degradation are possible.
Storage at -80oC versus won't hurt but I don't know if it will improve stability. In general, there is less likelihood of freeze-thaw cycles occurring at -80oC compared to storage at -20oC. Freeze-thaw cycles damage some biological materials, proteins in particular, but I don't know if that's also the case for nucleoside analogs like 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine.
