  • ab39347 staining 5 Lipoxygenase/ 5-LO in human monocytes (from apheresis) by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100, blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C and then incubated with ab39347 at a 1/100 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated chicken anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) used at a 1/1000 dilution.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of U2-OS, staining 5 Lipoxygenase/5-LO with ab39347.

    Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 2% serum for 1 hour at 37°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 1% FCS in PBS) for 1 hour at 37°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated chicken anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
