However, there is 1 point, which I am still unclear of. Would it be possible to detect the presence of the ab16195 in a Western Blot, using ab16028 as primary antibody, and subsequently with HRP-conjugated secondary antibody?

Indeed, it would be possible to detect the peptide ab16195 with the corresponding antibody on a Western blot. Given the small size of the peptide I would like torecommendoptimising the protocol conditions to ensure that the peptide is not running out of the gel and thatthe blotting step is efficient.
