I am interested in getting the - 6X His tag peptide (ab14943) or 6X His tag® peptide (ab14941). I would like to know the difference. Also, can you let me know whether the peptides contains (copper, nickel or cobalt) metal chelates?

Ab14941 should have N terminal cys and ab14943 should have a C terminal cys.
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilised powder and re-suspended in TK buffer so contain the following:
30 mM HEPES,
150 mM NaCl,
2 mM EDTA,
0.001% tween 20,
The EDTA in the buffer will chelate metal ions
