I am using plasma samples and the preparation portion of the protocol is pretty extensive. Is there a point in the sample prep protocol where I can stop and store samples before running the assay?

Thank you for contacting us.
The best places to stop are after drying the ethyl acetate layer. The sample can be stored at minus twenty degrees for an extensive period of time.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
