Inquiry: This is more of a use question beyond what you have stated in your literature. I would like to use ab6675 as the capture antibody on the solid phase and ab59653 as the analyte of capture. My question is two fold: Will the ab6675 have the ability to capture ab59653 even though it is conjugated with HRP? And once it is captured, will the HRP of ab59653 still have functional ability to turn over a substrate? This will be used as a model for antibody orientation via the Fc region and its ability to capture the specific analyte. Please advise.

Thank you for your enquiry and you rinterest in our products.
I can confirm that ab6675 has been tested in indirect ELISA; we do not have any data if it works together with ab59653 in Sandwich ELISA (sELISA) system. Unfortunately, we do not have any supporting data yet. However, ab6675 will work with a compatible secondary antibody.
I have conducted a search on our website and found a few antibodies for Avidin but none of them have been characterized for sELISA.
If you need any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me.
