Please look at the images which were from one of the a few experiments recently. FITC was a CD8 marker. Red is the CD3 antibody. When CD8 was positively stained, the CD3 should be positive too. There was no co-stain in the image. I prefer ab5690, which worked very well in dog muscle. Thanks.
Thank you for this valuable feedback. this antibody has not been previously used in dog and therefore may not be suitable for use in this species. We welcome other abrviews to determine this.
