Please look at the images which were from one of the a few experiments recently. FITC was a CD8 marker. Red is the CD3 antibody. When CD8 was positively stained, the CD3 should be positive too. There was no co-stain in the image. I prefer ab5690, which worked very well in dog muscle. Thanks.
