    • ab126787 staining CRMP4 in Human medulloblasma cell line by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with methanol/acetone mixture, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 5% serum for 30 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 5% Goat serum) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
