I'm interested in your product to analyse CORT in rat urine samples. I've been looking at several suppliers and have noticed that others recommend running a creatinine assay kit in conjuction with the samples. I was wondering whether this is necessary or recommended for your CORT assay kit also? Many thanks.

It is always good idea to run creatinine assay as a normalization factor for the urine sample since the urine concentration is varied significantly. Some of our customers do use a creatinine assay but others don't so it is really up to you.
