IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target

  • Relevance

    Meckelin localizes to the primary cilium and to the plasma membrane. It functions in centriole migration to the apical membrane and formation of the primary cilium. Defects in the gene are a cause of Meckel syndrome type 3 (MKS3) and Joubert syndrome type 6 (JBTS6).

  • Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed MCF7 (Human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) cells labeling Meckelin with ab202062 at 1/450 dilution (red) compared with a rabbit monoclonal IgG isotype control (black) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody; blue). Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/150 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
