Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human breast carcinoma tissue labeling NFkB Inducing Kinase NIK with ab37712 at 1/25. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at 37°C. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/25) for 1 hours at 37°C. A Peroxidase-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (ready to use) was used as the secondary antibody.

Lane 1 : 293 whole cell lysate
