Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of formaldelyde-fixed HeLa cells labelling NUP214 with ab70497 at 1/100 (2µg/ml). A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
Detection of Human NUP214 by Western Blot of Immunprecipitate. ab70497 at 1µg/ml staining NUP214 in HeLa whole cell lysates immunoprecipitated using ab70497 at 3µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane). Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 10 seconds.
