    Note=A chromosomal aberration involving NUP214 is found in a subset of acute myeloid leukemia (AML); also known as acute non-lymphocytic leukemia. Translocation t(6;9)(p23;q34) with DEK. It results in the formation of a DEK-CAN fusion gene.
    Note=A chromosomal aberration involving NUP214 is found in some cases of acute undifferentiated leukemia (AUL). Translocation t(6;9)(q21;q34.1) with SET.

  • Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of formaldelyde-fixed HeLa cells labelling NUP214 with ab70497 at 1/100 (2µg/ml). A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
  • Detection of Human NUP214 by Western Blot of Immunprecipitate. ab70497 at 1µg/ml staining NUP214 in HeLa whole cell lysates immunoprecipitated using ab70497 at 3µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane). Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 10 seconds.
