Detection of PNPT1 by Western blot of immunoprecipitate. Immunoprecipitation of HeLa whole cell lysate at 6 µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane), using the following:
Lane 1 : IP with an alternative Rabbit Anti-PNPT1 antibody.
Lane 2 : IP with ab157109.
Lane 3 : Control IgG.
The subsequent Western blot of immunoprecipitates was done using ab157109 at 1 µg/ml.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.
