Abcam’s phosphatase inhibitor cocktails inhibit a number of phosphatases to preserve the phosphorylation state of the proteins in your sample.
Target phosphatases - serine/threonine phosphatases, alkaline phosphatases, acid phosphatases, protein tyrosine phosphatases
Inhibitors included - β-glycerophosphate, imidazole, sodium fluoride, sodium molybdate, sodium orthovanadate, sodium tartrate dihydrate
Form: Supplied in water (1 ml)
Preparation: The recommended starting dilution is 1:99

Notes
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K282 EZBlock™ Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail IV. K282-1 is the same size as the 1 ml size of ab201115.
Individual components and concentrations:
β-Glycerophosphate: serine/threonine phosphatase inhibitor (100 mM)
Imidazole: alkaline phosphatase inhibitor (200 mM)
Sodium fluoride: acid phosphatase and serine/threonine phosphatase inhibitor (100 mM)
Sodium molybdate: acid phosphatase inhibitor (115 mM)
Sodium orthovanadate: protein tyrosine phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase inhibitor (100 mM)
Sodium tartrate dihydrate: acid phosphatase inhibitor (400 mM)
