Predicted band size: 56 kDa
Observed band size: 70 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Additional bands at: 75 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
The lower thick band is native RAD18 and the upper thin band is mono-ubiquitinated RAD18 protein.
