Human embryonic stem cells (HUES4) were cultured on matrigel coated dishes in Nutristem medium to maintain pluripotency. The undifferentiated embryonic stem cells are positive for the stem cell transcription factor OCT4 (ab19857 in green). Dapi staining is shown in blue. Magnification of top panels: 100x, bottom panels: 200x. Negative controls of fluorescently conjugated secondary antibodies only showed no staining.
