Abcam’s phosphatase inhibitor cocktails inhibit a number of phosphatases to preserve the phosphorylation state of the proteins in your sample.
Target phosphatases - alkaline phosphatases, serine/threonine phosphatases (PP2A), serine/threonine phosphatases (PP1 and PP2A)
Inhibitors included - (-)-p-bromotetramisole oxalate, cantharidin, calyculin A
Form: Supplied in DMSO (1 ml)
Preparation: The recommended starting dilution is 1:50

Notes
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K276 EZBlock™ Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail III. K276-1 is the same size as the 1 ml size of ab201114.
Individual components and concentrations:
(-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate: alkaline phosphatase inhibitor (2.5 mM)
Cantharidin: serine/threonine phosphatase (PP2A) inhibitor (0.5 mM)
Calyculin A: serine/threonine phosphatase (PP1 and PP2A) inhibitor (0.001 mM)
