Flow Cytometric analysis of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) cells (paraformaldehyde-fixed, 2%) labeling ACAP2 with ab191424 at 1/270 dilution (red) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green), followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) secondary at 1/150 dilution.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab191424).
