A hematologic disease characterized by hemolytic anemia with fragmentation of erythrocytes, thrombocytopenia, diffuse and non-focal neurologic findings, decreased renal function and fever.

ADAMTS13 was immunoprecipitated from pooled normal human serum with (300 μl/IP, 20% of IP loaded; 1.5 μl for input) using ab264162 at 1 µg/ml for western blot.
Lanes 1 - 5: Agarose immobilized goat anti-ADAMTS13 antibodies IP in normal human serum, were used at the equivalent of 35 μg of antibody per IP.
Lane 6: Control IgG.
Lane 7: 0.5% Input.
