Our customer has responded with the following;
I have attached the latest results for A2A antibody using proteins isolated using the suggested RIPA buffer. Unfortunately we still cannot detect A2A even though our positive control (B-actin) worked in the same samples.
Would it be possible to get a replacement for this antibody? If so, could we exchange it for Anti-Adenosine Receptor A2a antibody (ab101678) instead as we are putting in an order for the Anti-Adenosine Receptor A2a protein (Tagged)(ab131999) and this is the antibody that Abcam recommends to be used for detection.
I will send you the results from this new antibody as soon as we have the data.
Please feel free to contact me should you require any information.
Hoping to hear back from you soon.

Thank you for your message and for providing this further information.
I am sorry to hear the suggestions made have not improved the results on this occasion. I appreciate the time you have spent on these experiments.
Before proceeding, could you confirm the secondary antibody used will detect mouse IgG2a isotype? What is the supplier and product number?
If ths antibody is not working with the correct secondary, I would be pleased to arrange an alternative replacement as requested.
I look forward to hearing from you.
