Application Abreviews Notes
WB 1/500. Detects a band of approximately 34 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 34 kDa).

Under our experimental conditions ab199323 detected non-specific bands in WB. However, the band of interest at ∼36kDa disappears from the knockout sample demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.

Target

  • Function

    Acts as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. Inhibits axin-mediated JNK activation by binding axin and disrupting axin homodimerization. This in turn antagonizes a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathway activated by AXIN/JNK-signaling.
