We have purchased products having catalog no. # ab19046 andab56551from your company. We could not find any dilutions regarding use in Immunofluoresence in the datasheet. kindly suggest us the same if any.

Thank you for contacting us with your question.
We have not tested either of these antibodies in immunofluorescent staining yet, so we do not have an optimized dilution factor for them. I would recommend titrating the antibodies from 1-5 ug/mLwith a small number of cells in order to find the optimal dilution. Since ab56551 is provided at 1 mg/mL and ab19046 is provided at 0.5 mg/mL, you can try 1:1:200-1:1000 with ab56551 and 1:100-1:500 with ab19046.
Please keep me updated about the results and let me know if you would like any further help using these antibodies. Have a great day!
