2% formaledehyde-fixed heat shocked HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for AKT2 (green) using ab223617 at 1/25 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C in ICC/IF, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit FITC at 1/200 dilution for 2 hours at room temperature. Counterstain: DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1/40000 dilution for 2 hours at room temperature.
