Application Abreviews Notes
ICC/IF Use at an assay dependent concentration.
WB Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 40 kDa.
IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

For antigen retrieval, heat up to 98 degree C, below boiling, and then let cool for 10-20 minutes.
