I have a question concerning your product:alpha 1-Antitrypsin antibody, product code ab922. In the information about specifity you wrote that it stains only macrophages and it does't stain any other cell types. Is it true? Mayby you can tell me what are specific markers of differentiated hepatocyte? I am going to work with human hepatocyte cell line. Do you have any antibodies against such markers?

This antibody reacts primarily with AAT because only one precipitating arch appears in immunoelectrophoresis. Contaminating antibodies were removed by solid phase absorption. I'm afraid that I am unable to advise which antibody would be suitable for use as a specific marker of differentiated hepatocytes.
