Thanks for your kindly reply; this customer would like to know whether ab21607 (Anti-alpha Elastin antibody) could detect to the same target and result with ab77804 (Anti-Elastin antibody [10B8])? If ab21607 could replace ab77804, she would like to change a new one antibody with ab21607. Could you please help this customer to offer any suggestion or selection? Thanks for your kindly assistance. Best regards

Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that ab21607 alpha Elastin antibody has been tested and guaranteed for IHC-P and human and mouse samples. Therefore, this would be a suitable alternative antibody. I would like to reassure you that we monitor feedback closely on a weekly basis and are not currently concerned about the general quality of ab77804 or of this batch. We sell quite a lot of this antibody, and regrettably, I can suggest you have received a bad vial on this occasion. I would be pleased to arrange an free of charge replacement, which would still be covered by our Abpromise guarantee. Alternatively, I understand you concerns and if you wish to receive an alternative free of charge vial of ab21607 I would be pleased to arrange this. Please let me know if you have any further questions, and I look forward to hearing from you with details of how you would like to proceed.
