Thank you for your patience. I have received confirmation that the sequence from this antibody cross reacts with Q08117 (197AA long) and Q14CJ1 (264AA long). There is no indication of this cross reacting with any other forms though on looking at Q08117 there is no indication that there are 6 isoforms as well. I hope this information will be useful to you.
