Antibody also worked well for human muscle fibers run on Simple Western (ProteinSimple capillary nano-immunoassay) at 1:100 dilution, with AMPK alpha1 detected at 65 kDa (see image). Can achieve 10-fold or more lower limit of detection with Simple Western vs. western blot.
