Application Abreviews Notes
WB 1/1000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 100 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 77 kDa).

It is suggested to use the low dilution in natural material as 1/10,000 is based on over-expressed lysate testing.

IHC-P 1/500. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
