    The antibody has not been tested against other proteins, to our knowledge. I aligned the immunogen sequence (*********) with mouse ANGPTL3 and ANGPTL4 and there was no significant homology.


    Have you tried staining a blot with less antibody, in case the signal for the knockdown is saturated on the blot? What is the nature of the knockdown? That is, what is the method?
