Please see belowfor further information.

The ab30988 has not been tested in immunohistochemistry, nor on mouse. The alignement with the mouse sequence is however quite good, with a score of 87% alignement. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/services/web/toolresult.ebi?jobId=clustalw2-I20120210-090810-0481-51531125-pg&tool=clustalw2&analysis=alignments

The ab33068 has been tested in immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections and the alignement scorewith the mouse sequence is84% - there are therefore reasonable chances of crossreactivity. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/services/web/toolresult.ebi?jobId=clustalw2-I20120210-085947-0081-51081439-pg&tool=clustalw2&analysis=alignments

The ab79904 has been tested on mouse tissue, however not in immunohistochemistry. It has been tested in Western blot and in ELISA however. https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=79904 (or use the following: https://www.abcam.com/index.html?datasheet=79904).

In summary, I think all of these three antibodies have a reasonable chance to work in IHC and mouse, however this needs to be tested. I could provide you with a testing discount on any of these three antibodies, please let me know which one would be most interesting for you.

If you are interested in the testing discount, please follow these steps:

1. Reply to this e-mail to let me know that you would like to proceed and test one of these three antibodies in IHC in mouse. I will then send a discount code. This code must be issued before purchasingthe antibodyso please wait for my reply before ordering.
