IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1.0 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 47 or 51 kDa depending on the tissue/cell used (predicted molecular weight: 53 kDa). A degradation product of approximately 30 kDa may also be detected.
Not yet tested in other applications.
